Teleworker and Remote Agent Best Practices and Check List

IT Operations is pleased to announce FAQ & Help Center that should address many common problems & questions about the Virtual Workplace.

Citrix Availability - Citrix undergoes maintenance twice weekly on Wed & Sun mornings from 2:00 a.m. - 3:30 a.m. If you are logged in during this time, you may be asked to close Citrix applications during the brief downtime. You will be able to reconnect following the twice weekly maintenance period. This does not impact FEPOC Applications.

First-Time CITRIX User?

You must install the required plug-in.

Once you have downloaded the plug-in, you can log onto the system.
